AI interprets the email, fills in metadata for the case, suggests relevant tasks, and even drafts a response for review. For example, the new SharePoint Agent can act as a digital assistant within a project site, providing summaries of project documents or linking to organisational procedures. Autofill Columns can automatically tag and summarize documents, improving metadata quality without extra effort.
