Orchestrating Business Transformation: Reflections On WorkPoint Partner Day 2025

This year’s WorkPoint Partner Day – hailed by one attendee as ‘the best in WorkPoint history’ – was held at the inspiring Mogens Dahl Concert Hall in Copenhagen on 2nd October.

Writing the score for AI innovation

It’s no surprise that artificial intelligence took centre stage at Partner Day 2025. From the opening keynotes, it was clear that AI is no longer a future concept, it’s fundamentally reshaping how organizations operate and deliver value through their investment in software.

The day began with a thought-provoking presentation from KPMG, highlighting how AI technologies are evolving faster than ever, backed by creative examples from the world of music. A particularly resonant message was that AI should talk to AI as they speak the same language. Microsoft followed with a forward-looking perspective that underscored just how dynamic and fast-moving the AI landscape has become.

From there, the spotlight turned to WorkPoint and how we are embedding AI capabilities throughout our platform, built on Microsoft 365. Now ‘evergreen’, WorkPoint 365 delivers continuous updates and improvements, eliminating traditional versioning and enabling partners to innovate faster.

During live demonstrations, partners saw new AI-powered features already available and others coming soon. One example was our forthcoming Email Agent, which can interpret incoming emails, create or update cases, assign tasks, and even generate draft responses, all while maintaining compliance and traceability.

We also introduced advancements in the configuration experience, allowing partners to use natural language prompts.

The opening overtures of AI adoption

As AI adoption accelerates, many organizations are still experimenting without structure or governance. A recent Microsoft study revealed that while almost 80% of companies have tested AI, the majority of these initiatives exist outside secure systems, often exposing valuable data in the process.

WorkPoint addresses this challenge directly. By structuring data securely within Microsoft 365, WorkPoint 365 provides a safe and compliant foundation for AI innovation. Partners and customers can experiment confidently, knowing that their solutions are built on a robust and compliant platform that ensures quality, transparency, and control.

Our partners are experiencing a significant transformation of their own. Many are moving from traditional implementation and configuration work to higher-value consulting and business-aligned services.

Automation and AI are slowly reducing the need for routine development tasks, meaning partners can put greater focus on tying technology directly into business processes and outcomes. This shift brings them closer to new stakeholders, from operational leaders to compliance teams, who expect measurable impact from every solution deployed.

Our CEO, Claus, spoke openly about this cultural shift, reinforcing that our partners are not just stakeholders, they’re our customers. The message was clear, reflected across every presentation and even on our team’s shirts: “We love partners.”

The response was powerful. Partners recognized the difference: greater engagement, deeper collaboration, and a shared commitment to growth.

A standing ovation for shared achievement

The day concluded with our traditional Partner Awards Dinner, celebrating those who have shown exceptional collaboration, innovation, and dedication. Each award represented a shared success, a testament to what can be achieved through true partnership.

We also heard inspiring stories from our ecosystem. Bravida, a leading Nordic electrical services company, showcased how WorkPoint 365 enabled them to streamline operations and scale their AI readiness. Nordlo, a Swedish partner, shared their journey from IT infrastructure to business consulting, using WorkPoint to connect technology with strategic business outcomes.

These examples demonstrated the tangible value of structured, scalable solutions that drive operational excellence and open new paths for innovation.

Composing the future together

WorkPoint Partner Day is more than just an annual event, it’s a reflection of our shared purpose. It brings together partners, ideas, and strategies, helping us all stay ahead in a rapidly changing technology landscape. And this year, we didn’t just talk about what’s coming, we showcased what’s already here. Partners left not just inspired, but equipped.

As AI continues to evolve, we will all face new opportunities and challenges. But with the strength of our partner community, I’m confident that we will continue to create lasting impact together.
