A look ahead: what’s coming in 2026?

If 2025 was about AI enablement, 2026 will be about AI optimization. WorkPoint’s roadmap reflects this shift. While we’re not able to reveal everything just yet, you can expect:

  • During the first half of 2026, we’ll enhance email management with AI. Using AI, WorkPoint will classify, prioritize, and transform emails into actionable workflows – such as auto-journaling, metadata suggestions, and task triggers.
    This makes email handling faster, more compliant, and streamlined.

  • Beyond email, WorkPoint is investing in AI capabilities that empower partners and ensure compliance. Partners will gain access to AI-driven configuration services that simplify setup, automate workflows, and deliver tailored solutions.

  • We remain committed to compliance and trust. As regulations like the EU AI Act evolve, we’ll continue strengthening governance features to help organizations adopt AI confidently and transparently.

  • Finally, we’re deepening integration with Microsoft Copilot to deliver smarter, context-aware AI solutions. By combining WorkPoint’s structured data with Copilot, partners can offer customers secure, compliant, and highly relevant assistance.

2026 will be the year where AI becomes an integral part of everyday work in WorkPoint 365.
