Supports the digitalisation with WorkPoint

WorkPoint is very happy to call Konica Minolta their strategic WorkPoint partner. Konica Minolta advices on IT solutions which support digitalisation – that is, the management of the increasing volume of data, optimised workflows and processes. Among other things, solutions such as project management, case management, contract management, email journaling and email management.

The data volume is increasing, and data enters the company in many places, but the question then is: Where is the data, and how do we ensure structure and oversight? At the same time, Konica Minolta experiences that companies are more and more focused on how they become ‘compliant’ because of the increasing demands from authorities in the years to come. To this, Tonny Olsen, Business Solutions, ITS director of Konica Minolta says:

The module makes it much easier to archive data correctly when print is digitised, and it therefore meets a great need in the market to support an often time-consuming process:

“From the moment we scan invoices, the new tool allows us to see where the document should be in WorkPoint. That makes it far easier and quicker to have print digitised,”

To Konica Minolta, the partnership with WorkPoint has meant, among other things, that there now is a shorter distance between the producer and the customer:

WorkPoint is a standard system for on-premise and cloud, easily configured for the individual needs of the customer. This is evident also in the solutions delivered by Konica Minolta:

”No one wants to spend resources on coding today. As a consequence, it is a strong selling point of WorkPoint, that we do not have to write code, but still are able to adapt to the needs of the individual customer very precisely. As an example, we have implemented a solution for systemising and automating the order processing, saving many hours a day. Simultaneously, we implemented a CRM solution for special schools, which makes it easy to oversee relations between parents, school, the council, and so on. The system also collates case files and more. That is proof-positive of the flexibility of WorkPoint,”

– says Tonny Olsen. He is also is convinced that WorkPoint is straight-forward for everyone:

“The advantage of WorkPoint, is that it is really easy to work with to the user – one of the reasons is that they get to work with the tools in the Microsoft 365 suite, which they already know. That makes the implementation much easier for the customers.”
