We are looking for a skilled and passionate Service and Operation employee to be part of the daily operations of our service team. WorkPoint is an international software company based in Denmark that develops WorkPoint 365. WorkPoint 365 is a cloud-based solution based on Azure and Microsoft 365, which means that we work with the latest Microsoft cloud technologies. We are experiencing increasing success and growth – Customers and partners are becoming more and more and therefore WorkPoint is now looking for a new employee to join our Service Team at the head office in Esbjerg.
The position reports to WorkPoint’s Service and Support Manager Michael Schau, and a team of three employees will be appointed.
At WorkPoint, we put service first, so it must be natural for you to provide service at a high level. It is important that you can keep many balls in the air at once and enjoy a dynamic working environment.
First and foremost, we expect you to like the customer contact and to be good at dealing with issues on the 1st and 2nd level support. It is essential that you have already gained a great deal of knowledge today and have won to handle tasks within Microsoft 365 and that you have some experience within SharePoint.
Of course, you are flexible, adaptable, and can maintain an overview in situations with many concurrent customer/partner cases.
In addition, you thrive in a busy, changing working day and enjoy a fresh and open dialogue.
You will have challenges and exciting tasks in a growing international IT development company. A manager of the team, who can handle support on his/her own at 3. Level, which understands the problems you may face, listens to you, and takes steps to develop your employee’s level of competence. Here you will have all the opportunities to improve your skills, e.g. within Azure and ongoing training in the WorkPoint product or whatever else is happening within the work area.
